Refund Policy

There are no refunds after the first day of class. A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within 15 days of the first day of class.
   
Class Make-up Policy

Only immediate family members and babysitters may accompany participants to class. All guests must be approved by Metropolitan Moms in advance of the class. Metropolitan Moms permits each participant to make-up one missed class per series. The class makeup must be scheduled in advance and will depend on space availability in the desired class.
   
Guest Policy

Only immediate family members and babysitters may accompany participants to class. All other guests must be approved by Metropolitan Moms in advance of the class. If a guest attends a class at a museum where admission is necessary, the class participants is responsible for purchasing the ticket for their guest in advance of the class.

Waiver of Liability, Release & Indemnifying Agreement

By clicking "I Agree" below, I ("I" refers to the Metropolitan Moms Participant) agree to the following:

It is the purpose of this agreement to exempt, waive and relieve releasees from liability for personal injury, property damage and wrongful death, including if caused by negligence, including the negligence, if any, of releasees. “Releasees” include Metropolitan Moms, Inc. (“MM”) and MM’s officers, directors, agents and employees.

For and in consideration of the undersigned's registration with MM and being allowed to participate in MM events and activities, the undersigned, on his/her own behalf and on behalf of his/her minor children, hereby waives, releases and relinquishes any and all claims against releasees for liability and any and all causes of action against releasees, including for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death, occurring to the undersigned or the undersigned’s minor children, arising out of participation in MM’s events and activities and activities incidental thereto, wherever or however they occur. This waiver and release is binding upon the undersigned’s heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

The undersigned on his/her own behalf and/or on behalf of his/her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns agrees that if any claim for the undersigned’s or his/her minor children’s personal injury, property damage or wrongful death is commenced against releasees, the undersigned or his/her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns shall defend, indemnify and save harmless releasees from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented for the undersigned's or his/her minor children’s personal injuries, property damage or wrongful death.
