Central Park Tour
Join Metropolitan Moms for a stroller-friendly tour of Central Park.
From the initial call for this public space to its completion, we will discuss the political, social, and environmental aspects of this great public works project. Sites include, Tavern on the Green, Sheeps Meadow, The Literary Walk, Bethesda Fountain, Belvedere Castle, The Great Lawn, and Strawberry Fields.
The class, designed for the easy navigation of strollers, will last approximately 75 minutes. Tour will be followed by optional lunch and playtime at the "For Kids Only" play space at Reebok Sports Club/NY.

Architectural Tour of the Upper West Side
This tour will highlight the late 19th century residential move uptown, with the arrival of first the elevated train and later the subway. We will discuss major Upper West Side landmarks such as the Museum of Natural History and the Dakota, as well as the picturesque brownstone blocks and some of the city's finest apartment buildings. The tour will end at Reebok Sports Club/NY where Moms can enjoy lunch at the Café followed by playtime in the gym’s AMAZING “For Kids Only” plays pace.

Historic/Architectural Tours of Central Park & UWS
Metropolitan Moms has teamed up wtih The Sports Club/LA and Reebok Sports Club/NY for two exciting walking tours of Central Park and the Upper West Side. The tour will end at Sports Club/LA on May 18 and Reebok Sports Club/NY on May 25 where moms can enjoy lunch at the Café followed by playtime in the gym’s AMAZING “For Kids Only” play space.
